5 Tips to Stop Sagging Neck Skin

There is a small amount of evidence suggesting that facial exercises may help reduce saggy skin around the chin, neck, or throat. Exercise: Simply lift your chin toward the ceiling while moving your jaw forward. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat the exercise 10 times.
Yogi’s swear by a pose called Simhasana (Lion’s Breath Pose). Sit comfortably on the floor. Press your fingers against your knees and spread your fingers. Inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth. As you exhale, stretch out your tongue, open your eyes wide and exhale out of your mouth to make a HA sound. Repeat 5-10 times
Find a great collagen supplement. As you age, your body produces less collagen.
