Naked Actives FAQ’s
Question: Where are your products manufactured/produced?
Answer: All Naked Actives products are proudly designed, produced, and packaged in Arizona, USA.
Question: Do you test on animals? Are your products cruelty-free?
Answer: At Naked Actives we take this very seriously. None of our products are tested on animals or contain animal byproducts. Our products are meant for humans so naturally are products are tested on humans.
Question: Where can I buy your products?
Answer: Our products are offered on several sales channels, including: Our websites, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Wish.com, Facebook.com, eBay.com, Etsy.com, Beauty Bridge.com, Google shopping, and Bing shopping.
Question: How do I store your products?
Answer: We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products such as Naked Actives Anti-Aging Eye Cream and Naked Actives Vitamin C can also be refrigerated after opening to prolong the product life.
Question: What are your eco credentials when it comes to packaging?
Answer: At Naked Actives we take pride in working with a supplier that takes part of the Plastic Neutral Offset program.
Question: What is the expiry date of your products?
Answer: This depends on the product, but expiration dates can be found on the products labels on the bottom of every product. All expirations dates are based on proper storage.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Products must be returned within 15 days after receiving your order.
In the case of a damaged or expired product, full refund will occur from our store front.
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: If an item is damaged or defective, a full refund will be given as well as shipping fees shall be reimbursed. A picture of the damaged or defective item will need to be submitted to email@example.com within 7 working days from delivery receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, shall be addressed on a case by case basis.

We recommend shipping your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Original priced items purchased with a discount code can be returned.
Question: How long does it take to ship products and how much does it cost?
Answer: Ground shipping is typically free for all domestic orders. Please note that ground shipping can take 1-7 working days depending on where you live in the USA. We no longer offer overnight or next day shipping due the costs being greater than the product itself and complaints from previous customers.
Question: Which countries can I order Naked Actives products from?
Answer: We currently sell in USA and Canada, but European expansions are in the works and coming soon!
Question: Do you ship internationally (outside of Canada and the USA)?
Answer: We do have international delivery but it can be expensive depending where you live!
Due to customs, legal, regulatory, and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside of the US. Naked Actives reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
You will be responsible to pay for custom/duty/VAT when importing products to your country. Please check rules and regulations for your country for more details.
We have greatly restricted international shipping due to the delay at borders and ongoing customer complaint issues.
